About Patrick Lindsay

I was born in Missouri and grew up in three different corners of the state—St. Louis, Springfield, and Kansas City. I remain a rabid, life-long fan of the St. Louis Cardinals in baseball and Kansas City Chiefs in football. At age fourteen, the family moved to Vancouver, Canada, where I attended high school. I have terrific memories of high school in Canada.
I moved to Southern California for college, receiving both a BA degree and an MBA before moving to the North Texas area, which I have called home since 1983. I have lived and worked in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area since that time. I am a retired CPA.
Starting during my college days and then afterwards, I read probably everything Louis L’Amour ever wrote. Though I have read a great many different genres and authors, when I decided to try my hand as an author, I found that I wanted to write westerns. I enjoy the creativity of writing and I am thrilled to know that people are entertained by my work.
My wife Michelle and I now live on a small cattle ranch just south of Ft. Worth. We have 20-25 head of cattle, two horses, a very spoiled Great Pyrenees dog and some assorted chickens.
